Snow Man’s Tatsuya Fukazawa and SixTONES’ Jesse will appear in “Gout Temps Nouveau 2 Special Edition: Men’s Festival SP.”

The talk variety show “Gout Temps Nouveau 2 Special Edition: Men’s Festival SP” will be broadcast nationwide on the Kansai TV/Fuji TV network (excluding some areas) from 10pm on September 23rd.

Kyoko Hasegawa, Minami Tanaka, Nanase Nishino, and Shinnosuke Mitsushima are the hosts of the talk variety show “Goutan Nouveau 2.” This time, as a special edition, MC Mitsushima will welcome a luxurious male guest to present a men’s only Goutan.

Actor Tomohito Yashima, who has played humorous characters in many works, and Tatsuya Fukazawa and Jesse from the super popular groups Snow Man and SixTONES will appear. In addition, Wataru Tanigawa, who won the gold medal in the men’s gymnastics team all-around at the Paris Olympics, will make an unexpected appearance!

Tanigawa, who has competed in two consecutive Olympic Games, says that he enjoyed the Paris Olympics, but also reflects on the Tokyo Olympics, which was held without spectators due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and shares his true feelings.

Fukasawa then spoke about his thoughts on Snow Man’s debut live concert, which was held during the coronavirus pandemic.

Also, Fukasawa talks about the bond he has with the other members of the group, but who is the person in the group that he can talk to about anything? Furthermore, as Fukasawa and Mitsushima delve deeper into Tanigawa’s mysterious private life… they uncover an unexpected side of him!

Depending on the location, time, and guest, the topics and atmosphere were completely different, and I enjoyed it very much. The location with Fukazawa-kun and Tanigawa-kun was a Gootan that we have never seen before, ranging from silly stories typical of Otoko Gootan to deep, moving stories.
During the location shoot with Yashima-san and Jesse-kun, who are all in the character of Haru, we were able to have a surprisingly serious conversation, and I think we’ll be able to see a new side of them, different from their usual bright and lively side. This time, Kyouko-san, Minami-san, and Nana-chan will be watching at the same time as the viewers, so I think it will be a different stimulus for the three of them, so I’d like to ask them what they thought when the next Gootan episode comes up.

When I saw the members perform it before, I wondered if there really wasn’t a script. I’ve appeared on a lot of variety shows, but it’s rare to see something like this, so I was looking forward to it, but to be honest, I was also a little nervous.
But after the location shoot was over, it was simply fun, and I got to know a lot about myself. In particular, the sandal talk was particularly memorable, because I don’t usually have a chance to ask athletes about their private lives! I think you’ll get to see the real side of each of us, so I hope you’ll look forward to it!

When I heard about this opportunity, I was initially hesitant to appear due to my competition schedule, but I had never experienced anything like it before – not an interview, but just the three of us talking in a space with no staff around, so I really wanted to try it. I also wanted to hear stories from people I don’t normally get to meet, so I told my manager, “I want to appear!”
The location shoot was a lot of fun, and both Mitsushima and Fukasawa were cheerful and gave me energy. I’m sure the viewers will enjoy the show, so I hope you’ll check it out! And I’d be happy if it could spark an interest in gymnastics, even if only a little.

I’m glad that the members of the location were my favorite Jesse and Mitsushima-kun. Jesse is usually funny and takes care of this silly old man, but he’s actually a very caring person and I thought he had a lot of thoughts. So, with Mitsushima-kun’s support, it was the first time I was able to hear Jesse talk so much, and I felt affection for him as he tried so hard to talk about himself. I think that halfway through, all three of them started talking honestly, as if to say, “Let’s just stop filming!”

I believe that “it’s important to say what you think honestly because we are living in the present,” but I’m the type of person who finds it difficult to say what I think, so I was really touched and happy to receive a push from Yashima-san and Mitsushima-san, who I love.
I thought about the situation at the time and wondered if it was something I should do. I often go out to eat with Yashima-san in my private time, so I’m used to it, but I want you to pay attention to how much food I can eat while Yashima-san is talking to Mitsushima-san! (laughs)
