BUDDiiS’ first mini album “UtopiiA” (pronounced “utopia”), released on September 18th, achieved the number one spot on the Oricon Weekly Chart for the first time in the group’s history.

About three years after their debut, BUDDiiS has been running like a whirlwind, continuing to set new records with the biggest concerts in the group’s history, including becoming the first male group to perform at Yokohama Budokan, an outdoor solo concert, and a two-day concert at Nippon Budokan.

BUDDiiS leader FUMINORI, who achieved his long-awaited weekly No. 1 spot, commented with joy and gratitude to his fans, “We were able to get No. 1 this time thanks to Buddy (fan name). I’m full of gratitude to Buddy who always supports us so much! Thank you!!! I will cherish this No. 1 spot that BUDDiiS and Buddy achieved, and I will work hard every day so that we can carry it on to the next future.”

Member SHOOT also expressed his gratitude to the fans, saying, “We’re grateful to our buddies for their enthusiastic support. We hope to continue supporting each other and see many different sights together in the future. Let’s walk together as BUDDiiS into our fourth year (of our debut)! We love you, Buddies.”

BUDDiiS will hold their biggest ever concert, “BUDDiiS vol.09-MiiRAI-“, at Saitama Super Arena on December 29th. What kind of scenery does BUDDiiS have in mind for MiiRAI (the future)? Let’s look forward to it.
