Details of Conton Candy’s first full album “melt pop” revealed! Jacket visual also revealed

Information has been released about Conton Candy’s first full album “melt pop”, which will be released on October 9th.

This album can be described as both an introductory album and a complete album, packed with the five years since the band was formed, and just as the title “melt pop” suggests, it is an album that will “melt” the “pop” impression that people may have of Conton Candy.

The album contains 15 songs in total, including nine of their signature songs such as “Long Skirt Flutters” and “Fuzzy Navel,” as well as six new songs.

The six newly recorded songs include “Express Ticket and Rhythm,” written as the theme song for the movie “Zenbu of Tokyo,” which stars all of Hinatazaka46’s fourth-generation members, as well as “TOKYO LONELY NIGHT,” the background music for Abema’s “Don’t Fall for Me with the Wolf.” This is a lineup that shows Conton Candy’s momentum.

The cover visual, which has just been released, is a simple image of a dark-colored fruit-like object. The object is actually a rocoto pepper seed. The design of the seed looks like it is melting, reflecting the theme of the album.

The first-run limited edition bonus Blu-ray includes live and documentary footage from the tour “Conton Candy ONEMAN TOUR “FORCE”” held in June at SHIBUYA CLUB QUATTRO in Tokyo. In addition, both the first-run limited edition and the regular edition will include an original sticker sheet.

Conton Candy will hold a solo tour “Conton Candy ONEMAN TOUR 2024 “melt pop”” from November. Advance reservations for tickets are being accepted at any time.
