Kohei Matsushita releases teaser video for latest popular "Bocchi" project "Kouhei Matsushita's Bocchi de Sasebo"

■While touring famous tourist spots in Sasebo, Saga, take on various missions to get souvenirs for your fans!

Kohei Matsushita will release his new single “May I Tell You I Love You” on November 6th.

A teaser video for the DVD “Matsushita Kohei’s Location Bocchi de Sasebo-tchi,” which comes with the limited edition of this film, has been released.

So far, there have been several releases, including “Kouhei Matsushita’s Radio Movie ‘Way You Are'” (included with the first limited edition B of his second single “Way You Are”), in which Matsushita eats nagashi somen noodles alone, something he listed as something he wants to do in the summer, in the form of a fictional radio show; “Kouhei Matsushita’s Radio Movie ‘POINT TO POINT'” (included with the first limited edition B of his first album “POINT TO POINT”), in which he holds a lonely Christmas party where he decorates a Christmas tree and plays mini games; “Kouhei Matsushita’s Bocchi Audio ‘Nonfiction'” (included with the first limited edition B of his third single “Nonfiction”), which uses a binaural microphone to record only the audio of the relaxed “lonely” conversation that takes place while enjoying food and drinks; “Kouhei Matsushita’s Location Bocchi ~ Camping Hey ~” (included with the first limited edition B of his second album “R & ME”), in which he went solo camping as his first location project; and two live video works, “KOUHEI MATSUSHITA LIVE TOUR 2022 ~ POINT TO POINT” This is a “loner” project that has been carried out in six parts, including a “loner commentary” in which the performer watches the live footage alone and talks about his thoughts on the tour and behind-the-scenes stories included on the DVDs of “KOUHEI MATSUSHITA LIVE TOUR 2024 ~R&ME~” and “KOUHEI MATSUSHITA LIVE TOUR 2024 ~R&ME~.”

The project is packed with new sides of Matsushita that we don’t usually see, and the clips have become a hot topic on social media, making even non-fans laugh out loud, as is the regular feature.

The film “I Love You” includes “Matsushita Kohei’s Location Bocchi de Sasebo”, which is over 70 minutes long and was shot on location in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture. It is a spectacular location shoot in which the group takes on various missions to get souvenirs for their fans while touring the famous tourist spots of Sasebo, and in the teaser released this time, you can see some of those missions.

In addition, “Aishiterutte Itte Mitemo Iikana” will be aired for the first time on Matsushita’s regular program “DK SELECT WEEKEND LIVING” which will be broadcast on J-WAVE from 11:30 pm on September 27th. The song was produced after detailed discussions with androp’s Takahito Uchizawa, and is a gem of a love song that fully demonstrates Matsushita Kohei’s charm as a singer. Be sure to check it out.
