RIIZE will appear in a new TV commercial for McDonald’s charity campaign “Blue Mac Day”, and the “Blue Donation Box” version (30 seconds) will be aired from October 6th.
“Blue Mac Day” is a charity event held on October 20th at McDonald’s stores nationwide to support the Ronald McDonald House, a lodging facility for children facing illness and their families.

The commercial begins with a scene of a girl visiting a McDonald’s store decorated with blue decorations. A girl suddenly hears music, looks into a donation box, and finds RIIZE performing live. I noticed the RIIZE members waving and turned around with a smile. When I looked back inside the restaurant after donating money, I saw RIIZE members happily eating there! Pay attention to the hilarious exchange between RIIZE and the girl.
In addition, RIIZE’s new visuals will be released on X (formerly Twitter) and TikTok in advance of “Blue Mac Day” on October 20th. On the day of “Blue Mac Day,” digital signage limited to that day will be displayed at McDonald’s stores nationwide (excluding some stores), and RIIZE will also appear on in-store broadcasts from October 9th to October 20th. .
Furthermore, based on the efforts of “Blue Mac Day”, the music event “The BLUE HAPPY FESTIVAL 2024” will be held for the first time in the hope that awareness and understanding of charity will spread among a wider range of generations. It will be held at Kanagawa Pia Arena MM on October 17th.
McDonald’s will be a special sponsor of this festival, and a portion of the sales will be donated to DMHC by the event organizer.
RIIZE and Chotonkyuu will appear at the event. On that day, in addition to live performances by artists, there will be booth exhibitions by supporting companies, and the entire venue will be dyed blue to enliven “Blue Mac Day.”

Thank you for your hard work filming. I’m very happy to be able to appear in the commercial for McDonald’s Blue Mac Day, which is the most exciting time for charity. There was a scene where we all sat around a table at a McDonald’s and talked, and it was really fun to be able to film in our usual natural ways. Also, the scene where we were performing live in the world inside the donation box was particularly impressive.Won Bin:
Today I had a photoshoot with a cute girl. They were so cute and happy, and it was a really fun shoot.Eun Seok:We took the photo shoot in hopes that many people would participate in the campaign.
Q: What impression did you have about Blue Mac Day?Anton:
I thought it would be a good idea to help the children. A portion of the proceeds from the October 17th concert will be donated to this charity. I’m happy to be able to help someone.Sungchan:This was my first time learning about Blue Mac Day, and I am happy that RIIZE can help people by participating in Blue Mac Day activities.
Q: Since your debut in Japan in September, have you been surprised or moved by anything in your activities in Japan?Sohee:
It was great to be able to eat ramen and other delicious food and go sightseeing in such wonderful places during our nationwide tour of Japan. I also went to a hot spring. It was a lot of fun and I had a lot of different experiences.Shotaro:
I was able to go shopping in Osaka, and I was able to appear on the show I wanted to appear on, so it was a great memory.Sungchan:
Another great experience was being able to enjoy local specialties and cuisine while taking quizzes about the cities we were touring.Anton:I stayed in Japan for a month, but I was happy to meet so many BRIIZE members (nickname for RIIZE fans).

Everyone, Blue Mac Day is coming again this year. Blue Mac Day is the biggest charity day of the year for Ronald McDonald House, helping children and their families dealing with illness.
