Hinatazaka46 member Mirei Sasaki will release her first photo book on December 17th, her 25th birthday.

Mirei Sasaki is a popular member who has continued to support the group as a first generation member, and is also active as an exclusive model for the magazine “non-no”. The photo book was taken in Da Nang, Vietnam, a place that I had always wanted to visit. In the open atmosphere of a tropical country, you can smile with all your might. In addition, she took pictures of herself in adult-looking swimsuits and lingerie, which was her first attempt. This book is packed with the various charms of Mipan.

The photos were taken mainly in Da Nang, one of Vietnam’s best beach resorts, which Sasaki had wanted to visit, but also in Hoi An, which is popular for its nostalgic atmosphere. A photo book filled with my true self has been completed! Danang, Vietnam is a place I’ve always wanted to shoot in. It felt more like I was traveling than for work (lol). Many of the photos captured so many fulfilling moments that even now, long after the shoot, I still look back at the photos and videos and think, “That was fun.” The theme of this photo book is “Kira Kira Happy.” I thought of this myself with the hope that I could give even a little bit of energy and happiness to the people who saw this photo book. Even when things don’t go well or you’re tired, I hope you can feel at ease. Most of the pages are me as I am, but I also tried my first swimsuit and lingerie shoot, so I hope you can enjoy a different side of me than usual.
