PEOPLE 1's new song "Meriba" MV released, theme song for the drama "I want to punch that scum"

PEOPLE 1 has released the music video for their new song “Meriba,” which is currently being aired as the theme song for the TBS Tuesday drama “I Want to Punch That Scum” (every Tuesday from 10pm).

The live-action film is a combination of a band performance scene in a boxing ring that matches the theme of the drama, and a drama scene between the doctor and the robot.

The drama “I Want to Punch That Scum” is a work in which actor Nao plays the main character who is in his early years and aims to become a professional boxer. This is Nao’s first lead role in a TBS drama. The mysterious blonde man who attracts all the girls is played by Yuta Tamamori, who is appearing in a Tuesday drama for the first time in three years.

The main character, whose boyfriend ran away from her on her wedding day, meets a mysterious blonde man at the lowest point in her life, and after meeting him, she says to herself, “I don’t want to be made to cry by a trashy man anymore!” This is a serious boxing love comedy with an original script that depicts a man who takes up boxing to change his life and faces both love and boxing seriously.
