Song name: “Akuma”
Artist name: MY FIRST STORY
■MY FIRST STORY Comment
Since we were asked to serve as the theme song for the important first episode of the drama “Oshi no Ko”, we created this song with the hope of enlivening the drama from here on with the musical worldview that only we can express. I hope you enjoy listening to “Akuma” along with the drama.
Song title: “Fuichi Kusosa”
Artist name: Rokudenashi
■Rokudenashi Comment
I’m very honored to be asked to sing the theme song for the drama “Oshi no Ko.” As the theme song for the second episode, we created a song called “Fuichi Kusasa” with Iori Kanzaki from Vocaloid P. The song depicts Kana Arima, who despite her struggles, begins to move forward after meeting Aqua, so I hope it becomes a beloved song along with the drama.
Song name: “Orange Youth”
Artist name: Da-iCE
■Da-iCE・Daiki Kudo Comment
The third episode that we are in charge of is Akane’s part in Koi Ria, so we started the production with the approach of creating a song that focuses firmly on Akane, and we had the chorus team cooperate with us, and even wrote the opening lines. Mizuki Kayashima, who plays Akane, actually told us about it, and it’s a special arrangement. On top of that, by combining the big theme of youth with the theme of madder, we decided to call it “Orange Youth,” which is not a blue spring, but a madder red spring. Please enjoy it together with the video.
Song title: “Past die Future”
Artist name: I’s
■I’s comment
I am very honored to be in charge of the 4th episode of the drama “Oshi no Ko”. “Past die Future” is a song based on the melody and lyrics that came to mind at the filming site by Vo.Gt.Ano, who plays the role of MEM in this work. It’s a song that I have a lot of fond memories of, something that never happened. It’s a song that expresses my intention to live and charm myself in this world no matter what, by being as old as I was yesterday. Please listen to it.
Song title: “Eegana”
Artist name: Yabai T-shirt shop
■Dangerous T-shirt shop Koyamatakuya commentNo way! I was surprised because I never thought that the day would come when I would be involved in[Oshi no Ko]. I read both the original story and the drama script, and even though I struggled with where to go with the lyrics, I think I ended up with a song that is both serious and pop. I hope you give it a listen at least once! It looks like it’ll be a blast at the live show, though.
■Dangerous T-shirt shop Aribobo CommentsThe theme song for the live-action adaptation of my favorite work, which I always look forward to the latest episode of! I was both happy and surprised, thinking, “Where’s this crazy T-shirt shop?” But the song “Eegana” was a perfect fit for the pop and darkness of Oshinoko. It’s my favorite song and I’m itching to perform it live as soon as possible! I can’t wait to see where the song will be played!!!
■Dangerous T-shirt shop Mori Morimoto comment
“All the members were overjoyed when we received the offer to sing the theme song! We were worried about the song since it was the theme song for the live-action adaptation of a very popular work, but we wanted to work as a dangerous T-shirt shop just like the characters in the work. I was able to take on a new challenge with this song. I’m sure all the viewers will like it! Please enjoy this song by Yaba T!
Song name: “Rana Rhapsody”
Artist name: WANIMA
■WANIMA・KENTA Comment
We were able to create a perfect balance between the WANIMA of the past and the WANIMA of the future. It’s a song that shows both the good and the bad while shouting and worrying about what to do, and being present in the here and now.
Song title: “Moving Point P”
Artist name: Wednesday Campanella
■Wednesday Campanella Comments
I am very happy to have been able to be involved in this wonderful work. The new song I wrote this time compares Aqua and Akane’s circumstances and feelings to the “moving points P and Q” that appear in math problems. I tried to convey the message that it’s okay to live freely without being bound by your past or roles. I would be happy if you could enjoy it along with the drama “Oshi no Ko”.
Song title: “REVENGE”
