Hana Hope announces artwork and song details for new single “Akairo”

■New single “Akairo” will be released in two forms: artist edition (first edition) and anime edition (period edition)

Hana Hope has announced the artwork and song details for her new single “Acairo” (released on December 4th).

“Akairo” is a middle ballad that sings with lyrical lyrics the universal theme of “thinking about people” that transcends physical distance. It is currently being aired as the ending theme for the second season of the TV anime “The Seven Deadly Sins: The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.”

The artwork released this time was created by Daisuke Shimada, a video artist and photographer, just like the artist photo and the previously released music video. The scene in the music video, where Hana Hope is tied with multiple red strings and stands in a grassy field, was also filmed in an impressive situation.

In addition to the title song “Acairo,” the single package to be released on December 4th will include a new song “UnSaid” written and composed by Hana Hope herself and arranged by Yu Maeda, as well as a YouTube channel on which she appeared in 2023. Two songs performed in “With ensemble”, “Flowers (English ver.)” (“Fate/Grand Order” Memorial Movie 2023 theme song) and “Tayu Tau” (“Monet Series Scenes” exhibition image song), have been made into audio sources. It has been decided that it will be recorded.

Two versions are available: an artist edition (first edition) and an anime edition (period edition). The artist edition comes with a paper jacket that comes with a 24-page photo book photographed by Daisuke Shimada, while the anime edition comes from the TV anime “The Seven Deadly Sins: Apocalypse.” The Blu-ray will include a newly drawn illustration jacket of the main character Percival from “The Four Horsemen” and a non-credit ending video, and will be produced with an original blended material disc tray specification. For more details, check out Hana Hope’s official website.

In conjunction with the release of the single “Acairo”, it has been decided that a premium live event to commemorate the release will be held at a location in Tokyo on December 7th for those who pre-ordered the CD on Amazon.co.jp, where they can enjoy a mini-live and talk session. Those who make reservations by 23:59 on October 31st will be eligible to apply, so be sure to check it out.

Hana Hope will be performing at “Local Green Festival’24” to be held at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse on November 17th. On April 20, 2025, it has been decided that a one-man live will be held at Shibuya WWW in Tokyo. With the release and the live performance, it looks like they will gain more recognition than ever before.
