Hikaru Utada releases “One Last Kiss” from latest live video work

Hikaru Utada’s first tour in 6 years, “HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR 2024”, celebrated its final stage on September 1st. A live video of “One Last Kiss” has been released from the video work scheduled for release on December 11th.

“HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR 2024” will be held for about two months, starting with the Fukuoka performance on July 13th. In addition to 7 locations in Japan, they held 18 performances in 9 locations including Taipei (20,000 attendees) and Hong Kong (24,000 attendees), which was their first solo performance in Asia.

The total number of domestic and international tours was 258,000 people, making it one of the largest tours ever, and the content was perfect for the 25th anniversary of their debut.

From the tour that became a big topic in 2024, the live video of “One Last Kiss” from the final day of the K Arena performance in Kanagawa Prefecture will be released in advance on YouTube. At the same time, the jacket creative for the video work “HIKARU UTADA SCIENCE FICTION TOUR 2024” was also released.

In addition, one-day ticket sales for the live screening event “HIKARU UTADA LIVE CHRONICLES in cinema”, which will be held at movie theaters nationwide from November 20th, will start from November 1st. Large-scale, high-quality audio equipment for live concerts will be brought in and set up at the movie theater, which will be the venue, and the screening will be performed with “live sound” that allows you to experience just like a real live concert. In addition, vocalizations, applause, clapping, and penlights are OK, so you can enjoy the realism of a live performance with great power and a live feeling.

In addition, the first three live performances of “Luv Live”, “BOHEMIAN SUMMER 2000”, and “UNPLUGGED” will be delivered in the latest video up-converted to full HD.

While it has been decided that the “Local Kuma-chan Sticker” will be given away as a gift to visitors at each screening theater, a new design that will be distributed at theaters in Hokkaido has also been released.
