“The Beat of Life” is a song written as a commercial song for “LAYERS of TIME,” a cross-brand collection commemorating the 100th anniversary of “CITIZEN” brand watches, and was inspired by the theme of “LAYERS of TIME.”

The theme of “LAYERS of TIME” is likened to life (one thick beat), resulting in a profound and groovy song unique to Toshinobu Kubota.
