The first thing that popped into my head was promise.
I considered other songs as candidates, but I decided to go with the first promise that came to my mind.
It’s a song I’ve always loved, and every time I listen to it, I’m acutely aware of the gorgeousness and power of the song. I output the original gorgeousness and sense of power through my own filter. As an image, I tried to arrange it in a way that boosts the “passion” part.
It’s been getting cold lately, so I thought I’d like you to listen to it outside if possible. During the production process, I was imagining a situation like walking bravely through a blizzard, so I think there’s an affinity for it. Someone please do it.
■Tsugu Comment
It’s a wonderful project where songs are reborn and delivered to the present generation by people who have loved great songs from the past, and I wanted to participate in this project because I wanted to be able to help.
I was also very happy to hear from Fushi, who I have loved for a long time.
I grew up watching Nico Nico Douga, so this song feels familiar to me, like it’s from home.
Once again, I was moved by the coolness of the song, and wondered if either I or Fushi should dance… That’s what I thought lol
When singing, I used a deep voice to convey a sense of melancholy during the melody.
By setting the attack position and rhythm later, we aimed to create the impression that the character is being followed.
I think you’ll be moved once again by the coolness of the song, just like I was.
And it’s almost winter, so it’s perfect for the season!
