KANA-BOON premiered their new song “Bakemono” on “FLASH THE FIRST TAKE” on November 11th at 8pm.

“FLASH THE FIRST TAKE” is a project that challenges a 60-second one-shot performance in the same white space as “THE FIRST TAKE.” While performing part of the song this time, vocalist and guitarist Masu Taniguchi, who sang, “Goodbye bustle, goodbye madness, I want to break free from the turmoil of the world,” talked about the new song “Bakemono,” saying, “What is humanity? It’s a song that asks questions and wishes to be human.”

It has also been decided that this new song “Bakemono” will be released on November 13th at midnight. A jacket drawn by manga artist and illustrator Mitsuhiko Sasaki, who worked on the music video for “Crystalline Star” released in 2014, has also been released. He is also in charge of the jacket illustration for “Horarara” released on October 30th.

Additionally, the music video for “Bakemono” will be released at midnight on November 13th. To commemorate the release, a hashtag campaign has started on X (formerly Twitter) “#KANABOON still out”. Two people will be randomly selected to receive an autographed jacket.
