ME:I won the K-POP Overseas Rookie Award for the first time at “KOREA GRAND MUSIC AWARDS”

ME:I won the K-pop Global Rookies award for the first time at the KOREA GRAND MUSIC AWARDS (KGMA) held at Incheon Inspire Arena on November 17th. Awarded.

“KGMA” will be held as a new popular music award ceremony in 2024 to mark the 55th anniversary of the publication of Nikkan Sports in Korea. At the award ceremony, which aimed to provide a new perspective on the Korean popular music world, various categories of K-Pop that have been loved by fans at home and abroad were selected and recognized.

The “Kpop Global Rookies” award that ME:I received this time is an award given to new overseas artists based on K-pop who have shown outstanding performance throughout the year. On the day of the event, the members who appeared in the commentary delivered messages regarding the award, and the venue erupted with loud cheers.

In addition, ME:I will hold a fan concert “2024 ME:ICONIC Sweet Holiday” at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Center in Chiba on December 11th and 12th. In addition, they will appear at the Tokyo Dome performance of “LAPOSTA 2025 Supported by docomo”, a joint live performance by 5 artists belonging to LAPONE Entertainment, which will be held on January 31st, February 1st, and 2nd, 2025.
