Kantere Fuji TV’s 10th monthly drama “Monster” (every Monday from 10pm) is a hot topic in which Shuri and Jesse (SixTONES) co-star. Scene photos and synopsis for episode 8, which will be broadcast on November 25th, have been released.
This work is about a mysterious monster lawyer, Ryoko Kannami (Shuri), who is not bound by “common sense” and “excludes emotions” to face the other person. A unique legal entertainment where you face various problems and fight court battles as if it were a game. Jesse will play Yoshihiro Sugiura, a young lawyer who graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo.
■Episode 7 synopsis
Residents of a town where a popular drama was filmed come to seek advice because they can’t stand the nuisance of fans who have come on a pilgrimage to the sacred place.
If you ask me, even though it’s been a year since the drama finished airing, the park where it was filmed is still crowded with people and littered with trash. Local manju shop “Miyakoshi” is also said to have long lines of people waiting for the manju made in collaboration with the drama.
Meanwhile, the drama’s producer Takehiro Sakaguchi (Yasufumi Hayashi) will be holding a talk show in the park, and there are rumors that the lead actor will make a surprise appearance.
As expected, on the day of the event, a far larger number of fans than expected gathered, and “Miyakoshi” also set up a stall at the venue to sell collaborative manju. However, just then, Rikako Maezono (Miona Hori), an employee, falls and receives an electric shock from the equipment’s wiring and loses consciousness.
Naturally, the event will be canceled and the park will be temporarily closed.
A while later, Rikako, who had almost died, came to the office and said that the accident was due to neglect of safety measures at the event. He says he wants to sue the owner of the “Miyakoshi” store, who forced him to work overtime until he collapsed, for 100 million yen in damages.
Sugiura (Jesse), who was unexpectedly nominated, immediately begins an investigation with the aim of filing a lawsuit. On the other hand, Ryoko (Shuri), who has become Sugiura’s support this time, sees her father, Ikurai (Arata Furuta), who defeated her in the previous trial…!?
