BABYMETAL live film official title and release date decided! Poster visual also unveiled

■’BABYMETAL LEGEND – 43 THE MOVIE’ will be released nationwide on August 23rd!

The title of the live film that will feature BABYMETAL’s Okinawa performance “BABYMETAL WORLD TOUR 2023 – 2024 TOUR FINAL IN JAPAN LEGEND – 43,” which will be the final performance of BABYMETAL’s largest world tour held from 2023 to 2024, has been decided as “BABYMETAL LEGEND – 43 THE MOVIE.” It will be released in theaters nationwide from August 23rd.

This film will be released in three formats: BABYMETAL’s first 5.1ch surround version, a Dolby Atmos(R) version that offers realistic, multi-faceted surround sound, and a Dolby Cinema(R) version that offers the ultimate cinematic experience with cutting-edge imaging technology, surround sound, and outstanding theater design. You can enjoy the work with overwhelming realism and immersion.

The poster visual has also been completed. It shows BABYMETAL performing enthusiastically under the guidance of “Fox 43 (Shisa)”, the guardian deity of Ryukyu, who is inhabited by the soul of metal. The visual is sure to heighten expectations for this first film adaptation.
