“Sayonara no Tsuzuki” is a Netflix original series starring Kasumi Arimura and Kentaro Sakaguchi and written by Keikazu Okada. A woman who lost her beloved lover in an accident, and a man whose life was saved by that lover. Set in the magnificent scenery of Otaru and Hawaii, it is a beautiful yet heartrending love story of two people at the mercy of fate, which begins with a “goodbye.” Arimura played the heroine Saeko, who lost her beloved lover in an accident, Sakaguchi played Naruse, whose life was saved by the donation of her lover’s heart, and Toma Ikuta played Saeko’s beloved Yusuke.
This work, which was released on November 14th, ranked first on Netflix’s “Today’s Top 10 Series” in Japan.
