Part of the audio source of “White Christmas” sung by BTS’s V and Bing Crosby has been released

On December 3rd, an SNS icon that allows you to listen to the song’s intro was uploaded to the Digital Advantage Calendar homepage. By clicking on each icon, you can watch about 50 seconds of V and Bing Crosby singing together.

V is in charge of singing the intro “I’m dreaming of a white christmas Just like the one’s I used know” which can be said to be the signature of this song. After the first bar, Bing Crosby’s voice rings out, followed by V’s natural harmonies. V’s jazzy vocals and Bing Crosby’s deep tones create a fantastic harmony.

This duet is V’s reinterpretation of part of Bing Crosby’s carol “White Christmas,” which was released in 1942 and is still loved by people all over the world. This is Bing Crosby’s first duet of “White Christmas.”

V reinterpreted this song, which is called “Legend Carol”, with his own sensibilities and maximized the bright and warm atmosphere of the original song. In 2022, V will cover Bing Crosby’s song “It’s Been a Long, Long Time.” The song’s meaning becomes even deeper in that he has always expressed his love and respect for Crosby.
