■A spot where people of all generations can enjoy entertainment, culture, food and drinks
With the full cooperation of DREAMS COME TRUE, the tent theater “SHIBUYA DREAMS COME TRUE THEATER (English name: SHIBUYA DREAMS COME TRUE THEATER) supported by Page30”, which will become a new base of culture, will open from April 11, 2025 to June 1, 2025. It has been decided that it will open in Shibuya for a limited time.
A variety of culture, including movies, music, theater, dance, and fashion, will be presented inside the tent theater, including the movie “Page 30,” of which Masato Nakamura of DREAMS COME TRUE is the executive producer. The tent theater will stand on a piece of land in Shibuya Ward, and a food area will be set up around it, creating a spot where people of all ages can enjoy entertainment, culture, and food.
DREAMS COME TRUE, which will celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2024, started its dream in Shibuya. Starting from the live house where they debuted, DREAM came up the ranks in Shibuya, going to Shibuya Public Hall, NHK Hall, and National Stadium Yoyogi Daiichi Gymnasium. In order to carve a new page in Shibuya, this project was started with their full cooperation.
The event title, “DREAMS COME TRUE,” is not just the name of the band, but also the original meaning of “dreams come true,” meaning that many people’s dreams begin and come true at a tent theater in Shibuya. Our hope is to create a place where each individual’s DREAMS COME TRUE is born. In fact, it is planned to be provided as a place where people with dreams can express themselves.
Shibuya is a city that has always been a center of culture. “Shibuya Dream Theater” is a dream facility that will further update Shibuya. Details such as the movie “Page 30” and other event content and location will be announced at a later date, but as a base for transmitting culture, we are preparing a variety of content.
