■“I think I will definitely get along well with Mr. Ninomiya” (Ken Sato)
“Nino-san” is MCed by Kazunari Ninomiya. On December 20th, there will be a Christmas and year-end party special with Kotaro Koizumi, Ken Sato, and Sadao Abe.
Takeru Sato and Sadao Abe, who are co-starring in the critically acclaimed movie “Cells at Work!”, started talking as soon as the countdown to recording began, and the studio erupted in laughter from the beginning.
In fact, Sato and Abe met the day before the recording of “Nino-san”. “Yesterday was my first time,” he revealed, and it appears that they were having a strategy meeting because there was a “game to test their bonds” on that day.
Sato was asked about his impressions of Ninomiya during the opening, which seemed like something like that would happen. Although Sato had not had any contact with Ninomiya until now, he felt sympathy for Ninomiya, saying, “I think we can definitely get along.I feel like we can become friends because of how stoically we play games and other mysteries.”
On the other hand, Abe, who is appearing on the program for the third time, commented to “Nino-san”, “He’s always available for advice and praises me, which is really nice.” Ninomiya then congratulates Abe, who won the buzzword award for “Futehodo,” calling it “the best news in a while,” but Abe asks everyone, “Does anyone say “Futehodo”? I ask.
■Third game to test your bonds with high quality king crab!
This time, we will be divided into the “Nino-san” team and the guest team, and we will compete in three games in which we cannot succeed unless we unite. The winning team will receive the “high-quality king crab” that Sato encountered at a market in Hokkaido and fell in love with. What appeared in the studio was a really large red king crab that cost about 80,000 yen. Sato wants to eat it no matter what, but what kind of bond will he have with Abe, whom he just met for the first time yesterday?
The first showdown is the “Himocop Tower Showdown”. Two people grab a cup while manipulating red and blue strings with rubber bands attached to it, and measure the time it takes to stack six cups in a pyramid. The team that completes the task faster is awarded one point.
Abe and Sato, who don’t want to lose to the play of the “Nino-san” team, immediately request a harmonious deliberation, leading to a turbulent situation!?
The second game is “Bullshit One-Character Kanji Quiz.” It’s a quiz where you guess what a random kanji character that doesn’t exist in the world represents. Teams take turns answering each question, and the team that answers 4 questions correctly will be awarded 1 point.
As Sato, who is good at solving mysteries, shows off his impressive progress, the “Nino-san” team also puts up a good fight, not to be outdone.
The third game is “Stacking Box”. He stacked three layers of Styrofoam, each weighing about 1 kilogram, and lifted them up to avoid them falling, moved them 8 meters, and passed the baton to the next person. The next person increases by one step and moves another 8 meters. This process is repeated up to 6 stages, and the team with the fastest time wins.
In the “Nino-san” team, the pair of Ninomiya and Fuma Kikuchi played a great role, but in the Sato-Abe team, Abe’s outrageous behavior made Sato say, “I laughed the most this year” at the stage greeting for the movie “Cells at Work!” (!?) I laughed so hard that I collapsed. Will the guest team or “Nino’s team” win?
■Ken Sato is looking for the best pillow of his life!
For Sato, who is worried about choosing a pillow and says, “I haven’t found the best pillow of my life yet,” the amazing pillow that I previously introduced in “Nino-san” is back. Kikuchi, who experienced the pillow last time, was so impressed that it felt like he was floating on water, and he said, “It’s seriously like boobs.”
Now it’s time for Sato to experience the pillow. As soon as Sato buried his head in the pillow, he smiled and made a comment that caused the entire studio to burst into laughter. Abe’s next experience also makes people laugh.
■Kusanagi Miyashita thoroughly investigates the “early morning gourmet food” that Sadao Abe likes to eat!
In the “Guest Desired Research” corner, which investigates what guests are most interested in right now, comedy duo Kusanagi Miyashita investigated the “early morning gourmet food” that Abe is most interested in right now.
In order to respond to Abe’s wish, “As I get older, I wake up early in the morning and don’t know what to do, I wish I had a nice store.” A super famous restaurant that even people who don’t like it will want to go to.
The location shoot for this day started at 4:30 in the morning. Rubbing my sleepy eyes, I headed to a ramen restaurant that opened at 6:30 a.m. and was a 10-minute walk from Meguro Station. There was still a huge line even though it was 5am. Miyashita Kusanagi is very satisfied with the taste of traditional Chinese noodles that can be eaten in the morning, saying, “It only has the flavor of seafood!”
Next, we went to Koiwa, which opens at 7 a.m. and is the best bakery in the area. There was also a huge line waiting for the store to open at 7am. The secret to its popularity is not only its low price and deliciousness, but also the great service it offers only in the morning. What is the great morning-only service that makes Miyashita Kusanagi want to recommend moving to Koiwa, saying, “Abe-san, you should move!”
The third one is a curry restaurant I found in Ginza that opens at 8am. The comments are what customers all praise. Customers continue to praise the rice, saying, “The gloss of the rice is different from other stores” and “Each grain has a chewy texture.” Kusanagi Miyashita, who actually tasted it, was shocked and said, “It’s perfect rice!”
Then, the one and only Wagyu beef curry with perfect rice and fruity sweet and spicy curry is now available at the studio. However, only those who answered the quiz correctly can eat it. With the delicious morning curry on the line, everyone takes on the “quiz that you’ll definitely understand if you watch the VTR properly.” Will Abe be able to eat it?
At the end, as is customary on the show, the final game for the guests to enjoy is “If you make eye contact with Nino, it’s no good challenge”. Ninomiya and the guest face each other, open and close their eyes for 30 seconds, and if their eyes do not meet, it is considered a success and they will receive a gift card worth 20,000 yen. However, if you fail, it is carried over to the next week’s guest, which is a carryover system.
Eight groups of guests have taken on the challenge so far, with a carryover of 160,000 yen. If you succeed this time, you will receive a gift card worth 180,000 yen. Sato, who is appearing on the program for the first time, takes on this once-in-a-lifetime big chance. Be sure to check out the results of the staring contest between Ninomiya and Takeru Sato on the program.
The bond between Ken Sato and Sadao Abe must have deepened as they ate, played, and laughed!? “Nino-san” Christmas & Year-end Party Special will be broadcast from 7pm on December 20th.
