■A one-night-only dream festival that will liven up your New Year’s Eve night!
The “New Year’s Eve All-Star Sports Festival” will be broadcast for approximately 7 hours on TBS from 17:00 on December 31st (*17:00 to 18:00 excludes some areas), and a gorgeous cast of actors will be participating as the second cast. It was decided.
The year 2024 will be remembered for its spectacular sports scene, including the great success of Dodgers player Shohei Otani in Major League Baseball and the Paris Olympics. A one-night-only dream festival that concludes New Year’s Eve with various hot sports battles that TBS is proud of, such as “SASUKE,” “All-Star Thanksgiving,” “Strongest Sports Men’s Summit Showdown,” and “Tokyo Friend Park.” The MCs will be Bananaman’s Osamu Shitara and Yuki Himura.
■A gorgeous cast of actors including Takuya Kimura, who stars in the movie “Grand Maison Paris”, gather together!
The cast announced this time are Takuya Kimura, Kyoka Suzuki, Kazuki Sawamura, and Yoshinori Masakado (Ae! group) from the movie “Grand Maison Paris” to be released on December 30th. Also, Takako Matsu and Mikako Tabe from the New Year’s special drama “Slow Train”, which will be broadcast from 9:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
Also, it was already announced that Tori Matsuzaka will appear in the Sunday drama “Ogami Sensei” and the Tuesday drama “Madoka 26 years old, I’m a trainee doctor!” Kyoko Yoshine from ‘Who Saw the Peacock Dance?’ In addition to Suzu Hirose’s lead actors, Riho Yoshioka, Takaya Sakoda (Ogami Sensei), Nobuyuki Suzuki, Ryuta Sato (Madoka 26 Years Old, I’m a Trainee!), Kenichi Matsuyama, and Hayato Isomura (“Who Saw the Peacock Dance?”) have decided to additionally participate. Three dramas starting in January 2025 will make the All-Star Sports Festival even more exciting

New participants have also been decided as athletes. Kazuyasu Minobe, the silver medalist for the men’s epee fencing team, who achieved brilliant results at the Paris Olympics, Ren Yoshizawa, the skateboarding women’s street gold medalist, and Aka, the silver medalist. Led by Rinne Ma, Takato Mori, Yasuaki Yamazaki (official spelling for “Saki” is Tatsusaki), and Yasutaka Tobashira from the Yokohama DeNA BayStars, a professional baseball team that won Japan’s No. 1 title in 2024, will participate.
Also joining are alumni from various sports, including Saori Yoshida, Jun Mizutani, Nana Takagi (the official spelling for “taka” is “Hadashidaka”), Maiko Kano, Yoshito Okubo, and Ai Aoki.
In addition, Miyu Honda, Miyu Ikeda (Michopa), Wang Lin, Ikuto Kawai, Soya Igari (HiHi Jets), Takahiro Ogata (Panther), Miyazon, and other popular people will also participate in the sports festival. Also keep an eye out for competitions in which gorgeous entertainers and top-class athletes take on the challenge together.
