Universal Music’s new commercial “#Our Winter Song Campaign Hope for the Future -New Year Edition-” co-starring King & Prince’s Ren Nagase and model Rikako Yagi will be aired nationwide from December 26th.
This winter, Universal Music is holding the “#Our Winter Song Campaign” to bring energy to listeners across the country through the power of music. Playlists of songs selected by Ren Nagase and Rikako Yagi, as well as playlists of various winter songs by Universal Music, are available on various music distribution services.
The commercial songs used are SPICY CHOCOLATE’s “Zutto feat. HAN-KUN & TEE” and AI “Story.”
■CM story
This commercial begins with a scene of listening to music in a car in the rain. The two, who had deepened their relationship after going on a date in the previous movie, are getting closer and closer. The highlights are the glamorous, humid production and the expressions on the faces of the two who care for each other. In fact, the two of them had come to the beach where they first met to watch the sunrise. The scene changes from rain at night to the sunrise at dawn. The contrasting weather effects make you feel the change in Hitori’s state of mind. Combined with the music, it became a love story between two people that conveys the brightness and hope of the new year.

In this commercial, the moment when the two become the closest comes. The car scene was shot in the rain. The rain combined with the lighting creates a dramatic image.
