Dai Hirai’s new song “Happy Recipe” has been selected as the ending theme for the second season of the popular anime “Yakuya no Hitorigoto”, which will begin airing on January 10th. At the same time, the latest PV of the anime that uses the song was released.

I am filled with excitement and gratitude for being able to work on this wonderful work called “A Pharmacist’s Monologue.”
When I compose songs, I often express my personal feelings in the lyrics, and “Recipe for Happiness” is a combination of my feelings and the frustrating relationship between Maomako and Jinji that appears in the story. I think we ended up with a song that matched well.
The ending theme is a relaxing ending to a story that continues to unfold in a breathless way, and makes you wonder what will happen next, making you look forward to the next week. I hope you enjoy it.
