“In order to portray the relationship between the three people against the background of the night city, we used pink and blue lighting linked to the program’s colors to highlight Asahi’s personality, which contrasts with the fierce Mei. A road sign placed in the background. We used this as a metaphor for Takumi’s own hesitation, and created a visual that expands the imagination of how the complicated love story will unfold,” says Kenya Takemoto, the art director in charge of the graphic design. .
The theme of this work, “Are you an unforgettable ex-lover?”, is spelled out in the catchphrase, and it is a piece that perfectly expresses Takumi’s wavering feelings.
