“Hinatazaka Music Parade” is a music variety show on Nippon Television in which the 4th generation members of Hinatazaka46 take on the challenge of covering various hit songs that transcend generations. The performance, which will be made into a real live show in 2024 and ended with great acclaim, is coming back as soon as possible.

All members sang solo this time as well, at the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza main arena in Tokyo. In addition to the latest hit songs performed on the program, popular songs by Hinatazaka46 will also be performed. In addition, the members will be showing off a new project in which they try their hand at live guitar, piano, and sanshin performances, as well as collaborations with popular sound comedians on the program.

The 4th generation members tried their best to perform at the first real live performance of “Hinatazaka Music Parade” held at Ariake Arena in Tokyo in October 2024. “Hinapare LIVE,” which ended with great acclaim as “the legendary fourth season” and “the best LIVE,” will be held in February at the Musashino Forest Sports Plaza Main Arena in Tokyo.

In addition to performing covers of hit songs, the 4th generation members who will lead the next generation of Hinatazaka46, the highlight will be that all 11 members will try their hand at solo singing. It will also be a large-volume live show, including a concert block in the latter half that features plenty of popular Hinatazaka46 songs.

In addition, the members who will take on the challenge of singing songs that will be performed for the first time at this live show have been decided. The February 22nd performance will be performed by Seigen Tsukasa Yoko and Takeuchi Kirari, the February 23rd daytime performance will be performed by Aki Ishizuka, Rio Shimizu, and Kaho Fujishima, and the evening performance will be performed by Natsumi Konishi and Kaizuki Hiraoka, just for this live performance. Q. Please tell us your thoughts on the decision to hold “Hinatazaka Music Parade LIVE”.
I was so happy when I heard that we would be able to perform live again that I almost jumped up and down. It was a bigger surprise. Last time, we weren’t able to participate together because we weren’t feeling well, and I was also injured, so there were a lot of changes in standing positions and songs, but the members quickly remembered and followed up on the performance. There were many moments when I was moved by how reliable it was. I loved the fourth generation even more because I was able to experience a lot of their thoughtfulness, saying things like, “You’re going to have as much fun as you do!” I would like to do my best so that everyone can participate in the next live show.
Q. As part of the challenge project, we will try “playing the guitar and singing”! What are your enthusiasm?
My dream is to sing with a guitar in hand, and I have longed for this since a long time ago. When I started playing guitar, the goal I quietly set for myself was to one day perform live at some live venue or on TV. I was just an average middle school student at the time, and I never thought that my dream would come true in this way, so I’m really happy. I think the song we’re planning to perform is perfect for Fujishima’s singing voice, so I’d like to practice it thoroughly before the live performance and be able to show it to you.

I was really happy because the last live performance was fun and I remember it clearly. I’m excited that the 11 fourth generation members and the 3 o’clock heroine will be even more moving. At the last live show, I tried singing solo for the first time, and a fan said, “I was more impressed and moved when I sang it live than during the broadcast.” I practiced a lot and when the actual performance came around, I was very happy to see that my feelings had been conveyed properly. I’ve always felt that I’m not good at singing, but everyone’s voices have given me confidence, and next time I want to deliver a singing voice that will make everyone who comes say, “That was great! I was moved!” .
Q. As part of the challenge project, we will try “playing and singing the sanshin”! What are your enthusiasm?
When I auditioned for Hinatazaka46, I wanted to find a special skill, so I learned how to play the sanshin from my grandfather, who is from Okinawa, and I practiced it little by little and showed it off. The sanshin is an instrument that brings back memories, as I was able to pass the exam because people remembered me as a “sanshin player.” I wish I could convey that feeling of gratitude to my grandparents through songs and the sound of the sanshin. Actually, I panicked because my pitch was off during the audition, so this time I want to practice as much as I can to withstand the incident and go on stage with all my strength!
Q.Please tell us the highlights of the live performance.
Ever since “Hinapare” began broadcasting, I have received warm support from all the fans, and that has motivated me to do my best. I believe that a live performance allows you to truly hear our singing voices and our emotions that can only be felt at the venue, and we will make this a performance that will make you think, even just a little, that the 4th generation has grown!
