ILLIT's first Japanese original song "Almond Chocolate" has been selected as the theme song for a movie starring Riya Miyaze

ILLIT’s first Japanese digital single “Almond Chocolate” will be released on February 14th.

The new song “Almond Chocolate” included in this work is the first Japanese original song, and will be used as the theme song for the movie “Face alone wa ni ni ni ni na”, which will be released nationwide from March 7th.

The movie “You Can’t Love Me Just by Your Face” is based on a popular girls’ comic that has sold over 2 million copies. This is a romantic comedy about Kanato Ugo, the most handsome blue-haired guy with a great face, and his “inner person” (SNS manager), a face-eating heroine, starring Ryuya Miyaze for the first time in his solo lead role.

“Almond Chocolate” was written especially for this movie, and it is a song that expresses the passionate feelings and love for Oshi. It was produced in collaboration with Nakajin (SEKAI NO OWARI) and Pdogg, a music producer who has worked with BTS and created many hit songs. It is a light and pop song with impressive sweet lyrics.
