■ZEROBASEONE releases Japan 1st EP “PREZENT” including 4 original Japanese songs on January 29th
ZEROBASEONE will pre-release their new Japanese original song “NOW OR NEVER” as the title song of their Japan 1st EP “PREZENT” which will be released on January 29th. The music video was also released at the same time.
“NOW OR NEVER” is a song that combines Drum & Bass with rock sounds, and a heartbreaking message that says, “Even if we’re apart, I’m always coming back to you,” and the emotional piano and energetic guitar sounds stand out. The straightforward and catchy lyrics of “Tadaima” are also a highlight.
The music video, which was released at the same time as the advance distribution, has a refreshing yet emotional finish, with the singer wearing costumes based on the concept of a college student, and expressing the message “Even if we are far apart, I will always come to you” in a story style. The dynamic choreography performed against various backgrounds, such as the rooftop, the stadium, and fireworks illuminating the night sky, is also eye-catching.
Japan’s 1st EP “PREZENT”, which will be released on January 29th, is a new work released about 10 months after the Japanese debut single “Yura Yura -Fate no Hana-“. The double title song includes “NOW OR NEVER”, which was released in advance on January 15th, and “Only One Story”, which was used as the opening theme for the TV anime “Pokémon”.
