milet releases music video for Kobe Suma Sea World’s official theme song “Bluer”

■ “I wrote ‘Bluer’ by putting the images of living creatures into the music and swimming with them in the music.” (milet)

milet has released the music video for her new song “Bluer,” which is included in the single “hanabata” released on June 5th.

“Bluer” was written as the official theme song for Kobe Suma Sea World in Hyogo, which opened on June 1st, and the music video was also filmed at Kobe Suma Sea World.

The work captures the vivid creatures, such as killer whales and dolphins, in a sparkling blue aquarium as they are, making viewers feel the beauty of life.

The blue heart shining on milet’s chest represents the light and vitality that illuminates the darkness, and in the scene where her whole body glows, it is a fantastical situation in which milet shines in this dreamlike world.

■milet Comment
Ever since I was a child, I have been excited when I go to an aquarium because it makes me feel like I am stepping into an unknown world. I was fascinated by the mysteries of the creatures and would spend hours glued to the tanks, wishing I could stay there forever. I felt like the fish could see through me in every way, and that was a comforting feeling. Aquariums have always been special places where I could free my mind.
I was so happy when I was asked to write the official theme song for Kobe Suma Sea World. I wrote “Bluer” by putting the creatures’ images to music and swimming with them in the music. With love. I hope Kobe Suma Sea World will be a happy place loved by many people.
