Ren Meguro releases the action making video for the movie version of “Trillion Game”! TAKAHIRO, who is well known for “Sore Suno”, will also appear.
Information on TAKAHIRO’s appearance and action making footage have been released for the movie version of “Trillion Game” (to be released on February 14th), in which Ren Meguro and Hayato Sano play buddies.
TAKAHIRO is a dancer, choreographer, and director who is well-known for the popular “Dance Complete Copy Revolution” corner of SnowMan’s flagship program “Let Snow Man Do It” (abbreviation: SoreSno). In 2006, she competed as a solo dancer on the nationally broadcast hip-hop artist contest show “Showtime At The Apollo” and made her professional debut in the United States by winning nine consecutive competitions, a record. In 2009, he served as an exclusive dancer for MADONNA’s world tour, and received high praise for his comprehensive direction and choreography for the Japan promotion of the album “Celebration,” and began his career as a choreographer in earnest. To date, he has choreographed for many artists’ songs, commercials, stage productions, etc., and is also active in the acting industry, appearing in the currently airing TV drama series “Omusubi”.
TAKAHIRO will take on an action scene with Meguro as the leader of a group of robbers who are hostile to Meguro in the theatrical version of “Trillion Game,” starring Ren Meguro, who also co-stars in “Sore Suno.”
TAKAHIRO, who said this was his first time doing full-scale action, said, “Unlike dance, it’s difficult because you have to understand the space with your opponent,” and to Meguro, who practiced with him, “Meguro-san is amazing! There are a lot of action scenes, but I remember them all in one go!”
On the other hand, Meguro commented, “It’s fun to work with TAKAHIRO-san. You can tell that he’s a very serious person, and I’m sure we’ll be able to do something good.” Let’s watch the full story of the hot action scene that you can’t imagine from the newly released shot of the two smiling friends at the theater.
■Meguro Ren’s action making video has been released!
Meguro commented during interviews and events, “It was so much fun, I wanted to do more!” The action-making scenes that have been released this time are the scene where Haru lightly kicks a chip at a casino table, which was also used in the preview, and the scene where he fights against robbers played by TAKAHIRO. It includes the process of Meguro working single-mindedly on practice and filming, from action practice to filming.
In addition, there are scenes where he looks serious as he checks the camera, and shows concern for his co-stars and a kind expression.
The original author, Riichiro Inagaki, visited the site during filming and, after filming a series of highly difficult high kick scenes, saw Meguro repeatedly filming only his legs, and realized that if only the legs were filmed, the stuntman, not Meguro, would Why not do it instead? In an interview, he said that when he asked about this, he was satisfied when a staff member said, “No one has such long legs!!”
Ryoichi Ikegami, also the original author, visited the preview screening of the completed work the other day and praised it, saying, “I was captivated by Meguro-san’s actions.” Director Yoshiaki Murao also commented during the stage greeting, “Meguro-san learned the action quickly, and the actual performance was almost perfect in one shot.”
One of the highlights of this work is the variety of action scenes that can only be found in Meguro, which fully demonstrates the charm of Meguro, who has unique length of limbs and physical ability.
