■From aiko “Cinema” official interview
I didn’t have a title yet when I wrote the song, but I came up with it during the vocal recording stage. Life is like a movie, and what may seem trivial to others is a big deal to me. I was finally able to feel that it was through the accumulation of these experiences that I became an adult. The word “Cinema” is an acronym for “persistently, perseveringly, and fulfillingly,” which expresses the desire to live a life facing oneself with care. The word “cinema” has two meanings.

Last December, I caught a cold in my nose and throat. I sang the song with a slight nasal voice still remaining. It’s a convenient story (lol), but I’d be happy if you could listen to it and think of it as a flavor. When I sing the chorus, I consciously try to match the words to the melody, so it feels really good to me, and I want everyone to sing it too!
