The first performing artists and performance dates for “JAPAN JAM 2025” have been announced, and the first ticket lottery has also started.
“JAPAN JAM” is a music festival held during Golden Week by Rocking on Japan, the company behind “ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL” and “COUNTDOWN JAPAN.” When held in 2024, the total number of people over 190,000 people over five days was the highest ever.
This time, the 15th time, the current music scene will be gathered on four stages: SKY STAGE, SUNSET STAGE, WING STAGE, and BUZZ STAGE, just like in 2024.

We have announced the first performing artists and performance dates for “JAPAN JAM 2025” and have started accepting advance tickets for the first lottery. “JAPAN JAM” reached a record high attendance last year and the year before, and was able to grow into Japan’s largest spring festival. As previously announced, this event will be held for four days due to the availability of venue facilities, but the event will be held for four days, with a sense of scale comparable to “ROCK IN JAPAN” and a sense of openness of an outdoor festival during the most pleasant season of the year. I hope everyone can experience it.This time as well, the current music scene will be gathered on four stages.
On the SKY STAGE / SUNSET STAGE, which has double main stages facing each other on both sides of a large, flat area, live performances take place seamlessly and alternately. In addition to this innovative style, WING STAGE and BUZZ STAGE will continue to feature passionate performances by up-and-coming artists you should meet right now. We hope you enjoy the special festival experience that can only be experienced at “JAPAN JAM,” which is made possible by a free and dynamic stage concept that moves back and forth between an arena and a live house.The front area of each stage will be replaced by a preliminary lottery. This time as well, we will create an equal and comfortable festival space with a vast stage area where you can enjoy live performances stress-free from anywhere, and a front area where you can enjoy live performances safely and securely without taking up too much space. Dives, circle moshing are prohibited in all areas as they pose a high risk of injury to those around you and are dangerous. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to create a festival where everyone can have a great time with peace of mind.
In order to reduce congestion at JR Soga Station, the area around the station, and in front of the entrance gates, and to allow participants to visit the venue as comfortably as possible, we will once again have designated entry times. If you arrive by free shuttle bus connecting the venue with three surrounding stations or by an access bus tour from various locations, you will be able to enter the venue as soon as you arrive, regardless of your designated entry time. Please consider using smooth access routes to avoid congestion.
Although it has only been a short time since the year-end “COUNTDOWN JAPAN 24/25,” the venue was filled with a peaceful sense of euphoria and elation from beginning to end, and I was excited to work with all the participants to move J-Fest into a new era. It felt like it was. I would like “JAPAN JAM 2025” to follow suit.
There are just over three months left until the event. Golden Week is coming up surprisingly quickly.
