Conton Candy has released a new song “Normal” written as the ending theme of the TV Tokyo TV anime “SAKAMOTO DAYS” (every Saturday from 23:00).
Directed by the video director Mother Fakko. From the scene where vocal & guitar Tsumugi visits the coin laundry, the nostalgic and psychedelic “normal” worldview spreads out in the washing machine, and the melody with a feeling of sprinting and warm lyrics are reproduced from a certain perspective. It is finished in the video work.
“Normal”, which was released on January 17, has a great response mainly from abroad, and has become a hot topic, winning the J-POP ranking (iTunes) in multiple countries, including the United Kingdom.
In addition, it was decided that the first CD single “Normal”, which features this song, will be released on March 5.
The jackets drawn with anime patterns include the anime characters, Taro Sakamoto, Shin Asakura, Land Sugar, and Masostasuke (Pee Susuke), and on the back of the CD, Sakamoto’s wife, Sakamoto, Sakamoto. Aoi, her daughter and her daughter, Sakamoto Hana, is a special illustration drawn with a gentle color. From Sakamoto to Aoi, it is a jacket unique to songs produced on the theme of “love” from Aoi to Sakamoto.
Conton Candy will hold his largest one -man live on April 4 at Zepp Shinjuku (Tokyo) in Tokyo. Currently, we are accepting the official secondary line of tickets.
