◇ Was Hirose surprised to be co-starring with Yamashita for the first time, saying, “He really exists (lol)”?
Hirose wore a brightly colored dress that evoked the peach season, and Yamashita wore a light-colored suit, both of which appeared in the studio in pink coordination. Hirose and Yamashita will be filming this commercial together for the first time, but when they meet in the studio, they don’t seem nervous, and they can be seen chatting happily as they greet each other with friendly expressions.

Hirose, who has seen many works in which Yamashita appears since his student days, expressed his surprise at encountering the “raw Tomohisa Yamashita” by saying, “I was like, “Does he really exist?” (lol). He made everyone around him laugh and lightened the atmosphere on the set.

◇Hirose says, “I don’t look good in a convertible car that is over 5 meters long (lol)”
Hirose was looking at the town’s art set, which was painted in bright pink, expressing the worldview of “Peach Smoothie” and “Peach Yogurt Frappe” with interest. She was also interested in the convertible car, which has a pink body and a total length of more than 5 meters, and has a lot of presence, but when she heard that there was a scene where she would be filming this convertible car, she said, “Wow! It doesn’t suit me~ (lol)” I couldn’t help but smile bitterly.

Still, Hirose was fascinated by cars manufactured in the 1960s and the classically designed cars that had been running since before he was born, and he would occasionally peek into the driver’s seat and show his hands on the steering wheel, imagining a driving scene. I was doing training.

◇Yamashita showed off her light, dance-like steps and said, “As expected!”
In the scene where he gets off the sidecar of his motorcycle and rushes to Hirose who is standing in front of the convertible, the director orders him to “move in a way that reminds you of a scene from a classic movie.” I’ll try it!” Yamashita readily agreed. When the start signal was given, Yamashita took rhythmic steps, placed his left hand on a streetlight pole, and performed a spectacular action by spinning around with his vivid body movements.

When Yamashita smoothly won the OK take with his highly accomplished performance, the studio was filled with voices praising Yamashita’s poise, which he had honed through dance, with comments such as “As expected!” and “It’s like being in a musical!”

◇Difficult to sing “Momo♪Momo♪…”!? “I feel like there were too many “mo”s (lol)”
During the graphic shoot that preceded the commercial shoot on that day, he also tried the “Peach Smoothie” and “Peach Yogurt Frappe,” and his favorite was the “Peach Smoothie,” which had a particularly chewy texture. I almost want to drink it,” Hirose said. In the scene where she drinks a “peach smoothie” during filming, she can be seen smiling and muttering “delicious” when the director gives her the OK. In the scene where he sings “Momo♪ Momo♪ Momomomomomo♪…” along with the rhythm, there is a scene where he struggles, saying, “Huh? I feel like there were about three “mo” words right now (lol)” However, in the actual performance, which they had practiced thoroughly, they performed a splendid performance without making any NGs, and were able to get OK takes.

◇Yamashita enjoying “Macaron Peach & Peach” with a blissful expression
Yamashita, who attended the eating scene with a Momon Yogurt Frappe in hand, seemed intrigued by the cute design and color of the Macaron Peach & Peach, which she tried for the first time. He looked at the scene intently, struck a pose, and copied the scene at the director’s signal. Yamashita’s expression is full of happiness as he takes a bite, closing his eyes and savoring the food with a light “Sakku!” sound, and the whole studio is filled with a warm atmosphere. Then, when the camera stopped when the voice said “OK,” Yamashita was enjoying the aftertaste of the taste and said in a low voice, “It’s delicious!”

In an interview after filming, he described the taste of “Macaron Peach & Peach” as “delicious with elegant sweetness and sourness.”

■ Suzu Hirose & Tomohisa Yamashita interview
Q: Please tell us your impressions after finishing filming the new TV commercial.
Yamashita:It was difficult to hold the product at an angle so that I could see it clearly, but when I was actually eating it, it was really delicious! I had fun taking pictures while thinking about this.
Hirose:The costumes and sets have a worldview similar to that of an overseas drama, and I think I was able to participate in a fun, delicious, and fulfilling shoot.

Q: This is the first commercial for Hirose-san and Yamashita-san to co-star together. Please tell us if your impressions of each other have changed before and after meeting.
Yamashita:I thought he was a really professional person. I thought it was amazing that he made such decisions in one fell swoop, including his behavior on set. I had heard about Hirose from a mutual acquaintance, but when I met him in person, I think he created a very comfortable working environment and things went smoothly.
Hirose:I saw a lot of his works when I was a student, so I was like, “This really exists!” (laughs) I was watching the performance very objectively, but the other performers were really talking to me, and they created a soft and relaxing atmosphere.

Q: Mr. Yamashita, this will be your first appearance in a McDonald’s commercial. Please tell us about any memories or episodes you have related to McDonald’s.
Yamashita:I grew up eating “Teriyaki McBurger”…When I was in elementary school, my grandma would buy me a set of “Teriyaki McBurger” and fries almost every day. I had just started work, so I felt like I was going to the site with that knowledge. It’s something I like, and my grandma buys it for me almost every day, so it’s like I’ve become physically fit from Teriyaki McBurger (lol). That’s how much “soul food” it is. You can feel the perfect marriage when it comes with fries…I feel really happy when I eat fries after I eat a Teriyaki McBurger. I was given the energy to “do my best all day long.”

Q: Please tell us about your impressions after tasting the popular products “Peach Smoothie” and the newly released “Peach Yogurt Frappe” and how they go well with “Macaron Peach & Peach” that comes with them.
Yamashita:It has an “elegant sweetness” that even men who don’t like sweets can enjoy, and it also has a sour taste, and all of the products are made with peach fruits, so it’s easy to enjoy. I think it’s delicious and can be enjoyed over and over again.
Hirose:Well, the “Peach Yogurt Frappe” has a sour taste with some sweetness, so it’s highly recommended when you want to feel refreshed, but personally, I like the “Peach Smoothie” (thick peach) food. The feeling was irresistible…I had a lot of it on the day of the photo shoot and today as well (lol), and the taste was so strong that I wanted to drink it every day.

Q: The commercial will convey the limited time offer of “Peach Smoothie” and “Peach Yogurt Frappe”, but please tell us “what you are addicted to at the moment”.
Yamashita:I feel very nostalgic when I go back to watching the anime I used to watch. It’s “Dragon Ball,” but when I look back at it for the first time in a while, I remember the excitement of my childhood, and since we grew up with Goku (lol), we’ve been getting a bit hooked on it lately.
Hirose:Only recently, I finally started watching YouTube. I don’t have the habit of watching videos on my phone…I love taking baths, so when I was staying for a long time and thought I had some free time, I started watching a little bit and couldn’t stop (lol). I thought, “This is what it’s like,” and I’ve finally gotten used to YouTube and am addicted to it.
Yamashita:Maybe you were too busy to watch it?
Hirose:I didn’t really know what to watch or how to watch, but I thought it would be interesting to see people’s lives, such as their “morning routines” and “night routines,” so I ended up watching them until right before they went to bed. It’s very fresh and fun (lol).

Q: Please give a message to the viewers who will watch the new TV commercial.
Hirose:“Gorotto Momo” has arrived at Mac’s peach season!
Yamashita:With Momozukushi’s “Peach Smoothie”, you can enjoy the whole deliciousness of the peach.
Hirose:In addition to yogurt and whipped cream, the “Peach Yogurt Frappe” has a crunchy texture and is made with whole peaches.
Yamashita:Furthermore, Momozukushi’s “Macaron Peach & Peach” goes great with frappes and smoothies!
Hirose:Enjoy the deliciousness of a whole chunky peach.
Yamashita:Gab and shari! .
Hirose:Too thighs! I’m so happy! Please enjoy McDonald’s peach season.
