SixTONES’ Kyomoto Taiga appears on the solo cover of “anan”! Pay attention to the “Kyomo Theater” where “pure angel and noble devil” intersect

■ “Is there any other man who looks so good in a ribbon?” Kyomoto and ribbons are a devastating combination

SixTONES’ Kyomoto Taiga will be on the solo cover of “anan” issue 2402 (on sale June 19th) for the first time in about a year and a half.

The June 19th issue of “anan” features a special article titled “Your Love and Destiny in the Second Half of 2024.” On the cover is SixTONES’ Kyomoto Taiga, who has been gaining a lot of attention as an actor with a string of leading roles.

This is Kyomoto’s first solo cover in about a year and a half, and this issue is based on the two opposing themes of “pure angel and elegant devil,” capturing Kyomoto’s irresistible beauty in a dramatic way. Her pure expression and bewitching gaze are all ephemeral and alluring. Don’t miss out on the “Kyomo Theater,” where she transforms freely and bewitches the viewer!

■Angel? Devil? God of Fate? A world where you feel as if you’ve wandered into a musical
Kyomoto Taiga is currently attracting a lot of attention not only as a member of the group, but also as an actor, with a string of leading roles in the currently airing drama “Omukae Shibuya-kun” and the movie “Ienai Himitsu” which will be released on June 28th.

This solo cover, his first in about a year and a half, is set in a surreal world of “angels and demons,” bringing out 120% of Kyomoto’s charm as an accomplished actor.

With each turn of the page, you feel a surge of excitement, as if you were watching a magnificent musical. Hats off to the worldview that only Kyomoto, who has ample stage experience, could create.

From 2023 onwards, with his experience in many video productions, Kyomoto’s noble expressiveness has been further refined, and you can enjoy the world of God of Destiny through the pages of the magazine.

■Ribbons, masks, red roses… Transform into a look that makes you feel like you’ve stepped out of a shojo manga or a classic stage play
This time, we prepared three different costumes to match the theme of the shoot.

The first photo was of her wearing a pure white blouse and pants with pearl accessories, creating an innocent style reminiscent of an angel. Bows were added to her hair, cheeks, and fingertips to create a more genderless look.

At first, Kyomoto was a little confused by the “ribbon style” reminiscent of girls’ manga, but when the editorial department explained the image of the shoot, “a beautiful, angelic, medieval expression,” she immediately understood our intention and expressed the worldview in a flexible manner, closing her eyes as if she was asleep and looking at the camera with a melancholy expression.

The collaboration between Kyomoto and ribbons was so explosive that the staff couldn’t help but exclaim, “Is there any other man who looks so good in a ribbon?”

In the second pattern, he wears a tuxedo-style shawl-collar jacket, reminiscent of a “phantom” who can freely move between angel and devil. Holding a white mask and a red rose as props, he stands in front of a pure white curtain, looking like he has stepped out of the world of a classic musical. His cold gaze as he glares at the camera with the mask in one hand is so beautiful it sends shivers down your spine.

In addition to the cool shots, we also captured some cute shots of her showing an innocent expression, such as holding a fork in front of a strawberry cake.

There’s no doubt that anyone will be captivated by the cuteness that occasionally appears amidst his coolness.

■Breathtakingly beautiful and ephemeral. The imperial aura and overwhelming presence are truly those of His Excellency Kyomoto!
The last photo was of a “devil” style, combining a black feather jacket with leather pants.

Not only the costume, but also the make-up, with thick cat eye lines and black nails, created a devilish world view.

After changing clothes and makeup, Kyomoto stands in front of the pitch black set, his beauty so stunning that it takes your breath away even before filming begins. Kyomoto exudes an aura of kingship and overwhelming power as he changes his expressions and poses one after another. Be sure to take your time to enjoy the sight of “His Excellency Kyomoto,” who stirs your imagination with each cut.

■The formation of SixTONES was not fate but a “choice” and a “challenge.” What is the reason behind this?
In the interview, he will talk about the highlights of the upcoming movie “Ienai Himitsu” and also about the angel/devil side of himself, which is related to the theme of this shoot. Who is the member who brings out the “devil” side of Kyomoto?

He also talks about his thoughts on social media, where humorous and witty posts have become a hot topic.

In addition, in line with the special theme of “Love and Destiny,” Kyomoto also delves deeper into the existence of “destiny.”

After saying that “Destiny is something that is drawn to us through the process of accumulating hard work,” Kyomoto answered emphatically that “The formation of SixTONES was not fate, but a ‘choice’ and a ‘challenge.'” Check out the magazine to find out the reason why.
