Tsuyoshi Kusanagi appears on Fuji TV’s “Live News It!” to talk about his starring movie “Gobankiri”

Tsuyoshi Kusanagi (the official spelling of “Nagi” is “Yumi” with “Mae” and “Katana”), who is currently receiving rave reviews for his starring movie “Goban-giri”, appeared on Fuji TV’s “Live News It!” It has been decided that a special interview with Kusanagi will be featured on the program to be aired on June 11th.

In an interview with Aoi Minoru, who has been appointed as the program’s newscaster, he delves into “Gobankiri” from various angles, including the state of “period dramas” in the Reiwa era, reactions from overseas, and the Kyoto filming studio.

The conversation ranged from “the people who protect period dramas” to what Kusanagi himself wants to protect, and even included a moment where anchor Aoi confided in Kusanagi about his own worries.

The interview will be broadcast on June 11th at around 4pm.
