Snow Man’s Mukai Koji eats delicious gourmet food at Kanazawa’s Omicho Market in the 2-hour special “Hanadai-san to Chidori-kun”

Akaso Eiji, Mukai Koji (Snow Man), Diane, Miyagawa Daisuke, Kuro-chan (Yasuda Dai Circus), and Anri (Borujiku) will be guest stars on “Tuesday is Full Power! Hanadai-san and Chidori-kun Summer Kanazawa Location 2 Hour SP,” which will be broadcast on the Kansai TV/Fuji TV network from 9:00 p.m. on July 2nd.

This will be Akaso Eiji’s first appearance on “Hikada-san and Chidori-kun,” and he will be taking on the challenge of “Let’s all get the answer right at Yakiniku King!”

In this project, a “prize timer” is activated when the game starts, which continues to reduce the prize money until it is cleared. If you answer the quiz correctly and stop the timer as quickly as possible, you can win the remaining prize money.

A quiz about the popular yakiniku chain restaurant Yakiniku King is asked, and if everyone can answer correctly at the same time, they pass one question, but if they fail, one representative has to eat the super spicy kalbi. There are a total of six questions, and when everyone has answered correctly, the timer stops and they can collect the remaining prize money.

After finishing the location shoot, Akaso commented, “The location shoot time felt like a matter of seconds, so I don’t know how long it took for the show to finish (laughs), but I’d be happy if you could enjoy the show even just a little!”

Furthermore, it seems that during the location shoot the members of Hanadai Chidori called him by his first name and teased him a lot. He said happily, “It’s not often that comedians tease me like that, so I was happy! I guess ‘Akaso’ was easy to call me (laughs).”

Also joining the competition will be Snow Man’s Mukai Koji, who appeared in the popular “Spy 1/7” segment of “Tuesday is Full Power! Hanadai-san and Chidori-kun” in February, where he voted for himself in the spy poll, revealing himself to be a spy and causing a stir in the studio. This time, he will be taking on the “Eat as Much as You Eat! Omicho Market Explosive Eating Battle” project.

The contestants are divided into two teams, Team Daisuke led by guest Daisuke Miyagawa, and Team Mukai, and within the time limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes, they eat all the delicious gourmet food at Omicho Market, and the team with the highest total amount of food they have eaten at the end will receive a prize of the amount they have eaten. However, the losing team will have to pay for all the food they have eaten out of their own pocket, making this a thrilling battle.

After the location shoot, Mukai said, “I’m full. I feel like I ate two days’ worth of food in 90 minutes! The meat was tough…” He looked quite full. When asked what impressed him, he said with a smile, “I think it’s because Tsuda-san calls me ‘Koji’, but I was happy that everyone, including Kadai-san and Daigo-san, called me ‘Koji’.”

Additionally, Anri from Borujiku will join Akaso in the challenge of “Let’s all get the answer right at Yakiniku King!”, while Kuro-chan from Yasuda Dai Circus will team up with high school students from Seiryo High School, a powerhouse of a sports school, to take on a challenge in an attempt to win prize money.
