The music video for Mrs. GREEN APPLE’s latest song, “Columbus,” the Coca-Cola Coke STUDIO campaign song, has been released.

In this music video, Omori Motoki (vocals & guitar) plays Columbus, Wakai Koto (guitar) plays Napoleon, and Fujisawa Suzuka (keyboard) plays Beethoven, all famous figures from different eras, and the video depicts a fictional story of what would happen if these great men from different eras traveled together.

Along the way, they encounter apes from over 5 million years ago and a party begins at their house. The humorous, slapstick comedy shows how well the band is doing now.

The song is filled with love for Coca-Cola, such as lyrics such as “Focusing on a small miracle that seems to be poured into a parched heart” and “Today, too, I want to drink up the love that I haven’t realized yet”, as well as the sound of the pull tab heard in the outro. This song was written as a Coca-Cola Coke STUDIO campaign song, in a powerful collaboration with Coca-Cola for the second consecutive year following 2023’s “Magic”.

The Coke STUDIO campaign started on June 3rd, and in addition to the appearance of “Coca-Cola” with a limited design by “Coke STUDIO”, the new TV commercial “Coke STUDIO Magical Beginning” featuring Mrs. GREEN APPLE and “Columbus” has started airing nationwide.
