The exhibition "Secret Garden," themed on Hitsuji Bungaku's full album "12 Hugs (Like Butterflies)," has been extended.

The special exhibition “The Secret Garden” inspired by Hitsuji Bungaku – 12 hugs (like butterflies)” themed on Hitsuji Bungaku’s full album “12 hugs (like butterflies)” has been held at New Gallery in Tokyo since May 30th. Due to its popularity, it has been decided that the exhibition will be extended until July 7th.

“The Secret Garden” inspired by Hitsuji Bungaku – 12 hugs (like butterflies)” features photographs by Hitsuji Bungaku taken by photographer Nico Perez, which will be shown for the first time in this exhibition, as well as an exhibition space in which haru. (HUG), who was in charge of the artwork for the full album “12 hugs (like butterflies)” released in December 2023, reinterprets the songs while following the self-liner notes he received from Shiotsuka Moeka, and expresses the world view of the album together with artists active in various fields.

In this space, the ever-changing band itself is defined as the “garden” and the creators and staff who cultivate it are defined as the “gardeners.” Various “gardeners,” including haru. (HUG), Nico Perez, Ava, finaleflwr, Christopher Loden, konomad, Alexander Julian, and DODI(TM), are shaping the “secret garden.”

Artworks created with songs as motifs for this exhibition, as well as photographs such as Hitsuji Bungaku’s original hand prints taken by photographer Nico Perez, will also be on sale for the first time. In addition, original goods such as jumpsuits and multi-purpose cloths created with songs as motifs are also on sale. This is a rare opportunity to get both the works and the goods only at this exhibition.
