Former Nogizaka46 member Yuri Kitagawa’s first screenplay and first lead role in the film “I wish I didn’t have happiness.” ” Exclusive free distribution decided on Lemino

Former Nogizaka46’s Yuri Kitagawa wrote the screenplay for the first time and starred in the movie “Happiness is better if it doesn’t exist.” ‘ will be exclusively distributed for free on DoCoMo’s video distribution service Lemino (R) from May 17th.

This work is the first screenplay (co-screenplay) written by Yuri Kitagawa, a 4th generation member of Nogizaka46 who graduated from Nogizaka46 in June 2023, after formulating the idea since her active days. Yuri Kitagawa herself plays the lead role, and the other main cast members include Sakura Endo, Haruka Kaki, and 11 other Nogizaka46 4th generation members.

This is the first work in Nogizaka46 history where a former member of Nogizaka46 was in charge of the original story and script, and current members appeared.

On May 16th, a preview screening was held at a theater in Tokyo, featuring Kitagawa, who wrote the script and starred in the film, and the main cast members, Nogizaka46’s 4th generation members. To commemorate the release of this work, Lemino(R) will invite 50 Lemino Premium members to a preview screening. Check the Lemino special website for campaign details, including how to apply.

Shiraki Tomo (Kitagawa Yuri), a second-year high school student who has a hard time adjusting to school, has a favorite novel. After meeting Tsugumi (Ayame Tsutsui), who was handing out CDs of her own work at the station, she decided to attend an off-line meeting for Toki’s novel, which she liked, with Tsugumi. At an off-line meeting held as a kind of excursion for her, she meets friends of her own age, including Hydrangea (Sakura Endo), and Toki comes face to face with her true feelings. As a result of this experience, her relationship with Akari (Haruka Kaki), who was the reason why she did not fit in at school, changes.
