=LOVE releases music video for new song “Never Quit Being an Idol”! The theme is “Preserving Cuteness”

=LOVE will release their 17th single “Zettai Idol Yumenai de” on July 31st. The music video for the title song “Zettai Idol Yumenai de” has been released.

The new song, “Never Quit Being an Idol,” features member Maika Sasaki at the center and is the ultimate love song, singing about the strong love of fans who wish happiness for their idols but also want them to remain idols forever.

The music video was directed by Ryohei Shingu, a multiple-time winner of the MTV VMAJ music awards, which recognizes outstanding music videos of the year, and was created with the theme of “preserving cuteness.” It is made up of image and dance scenes, and each situation, which uses various motifs such as flowers and the moon, creates a fantastical world view in which the members of =LOVE seem to be “eternal beings.” The dance scene in which they dance in an eternal tunnel of flowers is also noteworthy.

In addition to the release of the music video, the cover photo and artist photo of the single “Zettai Idol Yumenai de” were also released.
