The music video for Fujifabric’s “Young People’s Everything” sung by Yorushika suis has been released! The song is the theme song for the Netflix movie “Yomeboku” and was directed by Takahiro Miki.

The music video for “Everything for the Young,” a cover of Fujifabric’s hit song by Yorushika’s suis, has been released.

The song is the theme song for the Netflix movie “The Story of How I Met a Girl with Six Months Left to Live,” which began streaming on June 27th.

The Netflix movie “The Story of Me, Who Had Only One Year Left to Live, and You, Who Had Only Six Months Left to Live” is a film adaptation of a best-selling novel by Aoi Morita. It is a youthful pure love story about the protagonist, Akito Hayasaka, who is suddenly told that he has only a year left to live, but as he lives his days calmly, giving up on many things, he encounters his fateful love.

Nagase Ren plays Akito, a talented artist who is diagnosed with a heart tumor and told he has only a year left to live, while Deguchi Natsuki plays Sakurai Haruna, who has only six months left to live and whom Akito meets on the hospital rooftop.

The music video was created by Miki Takahiro, who also directed the film “The Story of How I Met a Guy with a Year Left to Live, and You with Six Months Left to Live,” and is set in a different world from the film, delicately depicting the changing relationships between friends.
The cast includes Toyoshima Hana and Tsukishima Rui, who plays Akito’s younger sister in “Yomeboku.” The music video brings back memories of the bittersweet summer memories of young people.

“Everything for the Youth” sung by suis is soft and delicate, but also warm. The fleeting summer memories wrapped in her singing voice were beautifully performed by Toyoshima Hana and Tsukishima Rui. I hope you will enjoy it along with the movie.
