Nogizaka46's Kiyomiya Rei and Matsuo Miyu appear on TOKYO FM's "MUSIC STATION"! The opportunity arose from a SNS post by Shupei (Pecopa)

Nogizaka46’s Kiyomiya Rei and Matsuo Miyu will be guests on TOKYO FM’s “MUSIC Station,” which will be broadcast on June 29th and July 6th.

“MUSIC STATION” is a music program hosted by Shupei of the comedian duo Pekopa. Shupei listens to “Berg presents Nogizaka 46’s Nogizaka ni Consultation!” (TOKYO FM) every week, in which Kiyomiya and Matsuo are the co-hosts. Following the announcement of Kiyomiya’s graduation from Nogizaka 46, Shupei posted on his SNS account, “I listen to Nogidan every week. I wonder if Matsuo-chan and I can come as guests on M Station together!”, which led to the decision to make him a guest on the show.

Although Kiyomiya, Matsuo, and Shupei co-starred in the “Nogizaka Star Tanjo!” series (May 2021 to March 2022) which aired on Nippon Television, this was the first time they sat down and had a proper conversation.

Shupei, who is open about his listenership, calls Kiyomiya and Matsuo “Pure Pine,” a name sent in by a listener to the show, and shares his passionate thoughts on the recent “Nogizaka46 35thSG Under Live,” hears some behind-the-scenes stories about the two, and there’s no end to the conversation.
