■The 6th single “THE FRAME”, which includes “Walkie Talkie”, achieved half a million sales on the first day of release!
The performance video (PV) for “Walkie Talkie”, a track from INI’s 6th single “THE FRAME”, has been released on INI’s Official YouTube channel.
“Walkie Talkie” is a song written and composed by INI member Nishi Koto. It is a radio message to the “me inside my heart” in search of the true “me.”
The PV features the members wearing new uniform-inspired outfits, and was shot on a set of a gas station named “FRAME,” in reference to the single’s title. The choreography is pop and humorous, reminiscent of toy soldiers, and includes movements like talking on a walkie-talkie, as well as the members creating a DJ set together, with member Nishi Kouhito DJing.
Their sixth single, “THE FRAME,” sold 580,000 copies on the first day of release, making them the sixth consecutive single to have sold over a half million copies since their debut single. In addition, it topped all streaming and download sites, winning 30 crowns in daily and real-time rankings. Currently, the weekly rankings are also drawing attention.
