Panda Dragon, a six-member boys idol group whose song “Pa LIFE! Pa LIKE! Pa LOUGH! Pa LOVE!” (pronounced: Parapara) has been played over 200 million times on TikTok, has announced that they will be making their major debut on Tuesday, September 3rd with the single “Night Bi for Dance / Pa LIFE! Pa LIKE! Pa LOUGH! Pa LOVE!” from Nippon Columbia.
The group was formed in 2018 after passing an audition to become a younger group of MeseMoa.
“Pa LIFE! Pa LIKE! Pa LOUGH! Pa LOVE!” (3rd album/9th single included), released in 2023, became a huge hit on TikTok after various celebrities, including idols, voice actors, influencers, YouTubers, comedians, athletes, and characters, posted their dance routines, and a parapara whirlwind swept across Japan.
With the “Pa LIFE! Pa LIKE! Pa LOUGH! Pa LOVE!” movement, they have appeared on various terrestrial TV stations, and it is still fresh in their memory that they trended at number one during their performance.
This single marks a new starting point for the band, with Tamaya 2060% of Wieners, who teamed up with them on “Pa LIFE! Pa LIKE! Pa LOUGH! Pa LOVE!”, producing the music, and the choreography being handled by “buzz choreographer” Makita Saeko.
Just like in “Pa LIFE! Pa LIKE! Pa LOUGH! Pa LOVE!”, “Tamaya x Makita” will team up again in Panda Dragon.
Now at the top of the male idol scene in both name and reality, they are finally making their way onto the mainstream scene, taking living rooms across the nation by storm.
