“DATE PLAN,” a new generation male singing unit born from an audition held by popular illustrator Takehana Note and Nippon Columbia, finally announced its launch today.
In addition, it has been announced that the unit’s major debut single, “Date Plan,” will be released digitally on Wednesday, September 4th.
“DATE PLAN” is a duo of singers, consisting of members “Noun” and “Shirley”. They are new singers with “cool voices” who were discovered at the vocalist audition “Major debut decided. Vocalist member wanted, we are illustrators” held from November to December last year.
To coincide with the launch, visuals of the members created by Takehana Note were also released.
The design is eye-catching, with Known dressed in a tight, chic brown suit and Shirley wrapped loosely in a refreshing light blue jacket, and each character’s look already showing off their own individual personalities.
The lyrics, composition and arrangement of the debut single will be handled by the up-and-coming music creator “Toiki.”, who is also known for collaborating with famous vocalists. Keep an eye out for Takehana Note’s artwork and the chemistry that will be created between them and the members of DATE PLAN.
