The producer will be Hyadain, who has worked with Momoiro Clover Z and Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku.

The members of sis are Kanou Miyu, MAKOTO., Tara Rihoko, and Asahi Ai. All of them made it to the semi-finals or higher of the audition program “Trot Girls Japan.”

The group’s name “sis” is a combination of the English word “sis,” which means an older sister or a good female friend, and the Finnish word “SISU,” which means a brave and unyielding spirit. The main logo also includes the “/T,” which stands for “trot” origins. The group aims to be a strong-hearted group that can be there to gently heal you, and to sing songs that transcend generations and borders.

Among the members, Kanou Miyu and MAKOTO. went to Korea as representatives of Japan after completing the auditions in Japan, and appeared on the music variety show “Japan-Korea Song Battle,” in which they competed against Korean singers who had won the Korean audition program, and their names have become so well-known in Korea that no one in the country doesn’t know them. “Japan-Korea Song Battle” has high viewership every week, and a spin-off program is currently being broadcast.
