Singer-songwriter Koresawa will hold the final performance of her “Koresawa LIVE TOUR 2024 Daily Meetings” at Zepp Shinjuku in Tokyo on Friday, August 9th, and announced that her latest song, “To All My Ex-Girlfriends,” will be released digitally on Wednesday, September 4th.
The tour that started in May and has been going to 13 locations nationwide has been sold out, including additional shows. This song, which was first performed at the Tokyo show on August 9th, is a gem of a love song in Koresawa’s style, with a dry texture like something coming out of a jukebox, a light country-like sound, and a message of gratitude to all the people she has met, saying, “It was all for the sake of meeting you.”
The song “To All My Ex-Girlfriends” will be aired for the first time on Wednesday, August 14th on FM802’s “EVENING TAP” (Monday to Thursday 18:00 to 21:00). Don’t miss it!
A winter tour has also been announced. Titled “Koresawa One-Man Show 2024 Koretheater 05,” the tour is the fifth installment of the long-awaited “Koretheater,” which will be held for the first time in about six years since 2018. Just like in past tours, this tour will also feature live performances with video. The tour will be held in Nagoya, Osaka, and Sapporo, with the final show on December 15th at Tokyo International Forum C. Advance tickets for FC members are being accepted from 8pm today at Koresawa’s official fan club “Korepark,” so be sure to check it out.
