The guitar rock band “kobore” from Fuchu, Tokyo has been chosen to write the theme song “36.5” for the movie “Koco de no Hanashi,” which will be released on Friday, November 8th.
“36.5” is a medium-tempo ballad that is close to people who live their lives to the fullest every day. Takeru Sato (Vo./Gt.) commented, “I tried to express the body temperature and warmth that exists in each person without overreaching myself as much as possible.”
The film “Koco de no Hanashi” is the feature-length debut of director Ryouma Kosasa, who has worked on many of Kobore’s music videos. The film premiered at the Warsaw International Film Festival and was screened at more than 10 international film festivals, an unusual feat for an indie film. It has been highly praised around the world for its warm portrayal of ordinary people and beautiful images, and is now making its long-awaited triumphant return to Japan.
The film will be released at Cinema Switch Ginza, Shinjuku Cinema Qualite and other theaters nationwide from Friday, November 8th, so be sure to come and enjoy the film and the fun at the theater.
It was also announced that moon drop will appear at the Osaka show, Sayonara Poésy at the Nagoya show, and Arakezuri at the Tokyo show as guests at kobore pre. “FULLTEN,” a joint band event that kobore will be holding in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka from October to November.
Tickets for this performance are currently available for pre-sale at FamilyMart. Come experience the excitement of the live show at the venue!

<Details of “Here’s Talk”>
[STORY]This is a place to take a break in life.
Just after the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, a guesthouse called “Coco” stands amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Utako, who works as a live-in part-timer, lives a modest but fulfilling life with the owner, Hirofumi, a former traveler, and Izumi, who is addicted to social media and posts life hack videos. The guests at Coco are troubled young people, such as Zon, who is without goals after his part-time job went bankrupt, and Xiaolu, a Chinese woman who gave up her dream of becoming a voice actor and is trying to find a job but her parents are urging her to return to her home country. Utako, who greets her guests with a smile, also has a past where she left the countryside for some reason…
“It’s important to take a break. It’s okay to rest while you think.” Life here gradually loosens the minds of people who are tired from their daily lives.
