The titles of all songs included in NakamuraEmi’s seventh major original album “KICKS” to be released on May 29th (Wednesday) have been announced. In addition to “Love at First Sight”, which was newly written for Shueisha HAPPY PLUS, and “Ultimate Holiday”, “Daydream”, and “Haruku”, which were released consecutively on 8cm CD, new unreleased songs “Fire,” “Umeda Night,” and “Matsuri” are included. “Hello Hello” and “Ichien Nari”, which was performed only at live performances, and “Yukimoi”, which was very popular at live performances and was included in the CD “NIPPONNO ONNAWO UTAU Vol. 3”, which was handmade before debut. has been rearranged, resulting in a total of 10 songs that are worth listening to.
It has also been revealed that the new album “KICKS” includes three collaboration songs with musicians that he admires.
Sarato, a singer-songwriter with a unique singing voice and a worldly feel, whom Emi Nakamura heard on the radio three years ago and became a big fan, and Sarato, a keyboard player for Tokyo Incidents and the HIATUS, who she has been listening to for a long time, and her own band Appano. A new record featuring Kazuyo Izawa, who is active in a wide range of fields including frontman and composer. The song is reminiscent of a quiet white snowy landscape, and the addition of Sara’s vocals and Izawa Ichiyo’s piano tones further expands the solemn worldview of the song, making the scene even more vivid.

This song, written about a day when there was a rare heavy snowfall in their hometown of Atsugi, was included on a handmade CD they were selling before their debut.
Now, 10 years later, the same Kanagawa city has been quietly and strongly reborn with Sara, who grew up in Shonan, and Kazuha Izawa, who I have always listened to as a fan, two people who somehow feel the power of the natural world. Hiroshi Kawamura’s immeasurable arrangement, Sara’s deep singing voice that melts your heart no matter how many times you listen to it, and Izawa’s piano sounds like falling snow falling on your song for these five minutes. , it’s mysterious and moving, and you’ll probably melt.

I have included the “Snow Pattern”, which is said to have been written on a day of heavy snowfall in Kanagawa.
Emi is an important person to me, as she is my favorite artist and also like an older sister. I’m happy to be able to share my work with people I care about, and I was very happy when I was asked to do so.
I don’t like winter, and I like low sounds, so if I write songs with snowy scenery in mind, I feel like the expressions will only come out somewhat dark and weak, so Emi-san, Kawamura-san, and Izawa-san… It was a fresh and challenging experience to be able to work with him on the sad, cold, yet sparkling sound that he creates.
