The second single “DING DONGまく” of the girl unit “sis” (pronounced by Sis), which was born from the divas discovered on the audition program “Trot Girls Japan,” which is based on the extremely popular music genre in Korea, is “Trot,” and is being released on Wednesday, April 30th, and advance streaming on TikTok has begun today, the 23rd.
The members of sis are made up of four members: MAKOTO., Kanou Miyu, Tara Rihoko, and Asayo Ai. All of them are more successful than the semi-finals of the audition program “Trot Girls Japan.”
The group name “sis” was named after “sis” which has a friendly meaning in English as a lady or a close female friend, and “SISU” in Finnish, which means brave and unbreakable mind. The main logo also includes the “/T” which means “from Trot.” They aim to become a group that has a strong heart, but is a kind and healing presence next to them, and to sing songs across generations and borders.
The second single will be produced by Maeyamada Kenichi, also known as Hyadain, who has worked on numerous big artists and idols following his debut song “Ai no Battery.” They are typical of Trotto-born girls, and are Japanese covers of Korean Trotto’s classic song “Doorbell of Love,” released in 2010, and the title was “DING DONG Please.” The song is memorable with sexy lyrics by Hyadain and danceable tracks by Masaaki Asada, and the melody of the chorus is addictive and unforgettable once you hear it. Also pay attention to the advanced chorus work of the four members.
The previous work, “Battery of Love,” has attracted attention for its memorable melody and easy-to-memorize dance with the chorus, and TikTok has uploaded over 10,000 user-generated videos, including imitating the dance, and has seen a number of videos with over 1 million views. In response to the huge response, “DING DONG Please” is being streamed in advance on TikTok starting today. In the music video, the members danced catchy dances in the chorus of this song, and it is expected that many users will once again upload their own videos on TikTok. It has also been decided that sis’ free live performances and events will be held immediately after its release.
